On the other hand, Minister Chu is expected to argue that it is a legitimate disciplinary sanctioned by the President, and that the maintenance of General Yoon's duties will threaten the fairness of the prosecution.

President Yoon will be able to return to his job immediately upon citation of the application, and upon dismissal, he will be dishonored of two months of suspension.
