The interrogation of the request for suspension of execution, which Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol filed in objection to the disciplinary action of'two months of honesty', began.

The 12th division of the Seoul Administrative Court (Deputy Judge Hong Soon-wook) held a newspaper date today (22nd) at around 2 pm to apply for suspension of execution of a two-month suspension of suspension against Justice Minister Cho Mi-ae.

Because the parties are not obligated to attend the interrogation, President Yoon did not appear in person today.

Attorney Wan-gyu Lee and Seok-woong Lee, who are representatives, were attended by President Yoon, and attorney Ok-hyung Lee on the side of Minister Chu.

The court proceeds with an interrogation by listening to the opinions of both sides and seeking explanations on what is necessary for the judgment.

Interrogations are conducted privately.

Attorney Seok-woong Lee attended the court and said, "The disposition has caused enormous damages that are difficult to recover nationally, that you must return to the office of the president as soon as a minute and a second, and that it is not against public welfare." I said.

It also revealed a plan to highlight the fact that the procedure for the disciplinary action was entirely illegal, and the reason for the disciplinary action was also based on vague assumptions and assumptions.

On the other hand, Minister Chu argued that it is a legitimate disciplinary sanctioned by the president, and that the maintenance of President Yoon's office will threaten the prosecution's fairness.

Attorney Ok-hyung Lee entered the courtroom after answering briefly, "It has a different personality from the last case of suspension of job exclusion."

As the time to express opinions from both sides is scheduled for 30 minutes each, today's interrogation is expected to close at around 3pm as early as possible.

However, the closing time may be delayed due to tightly mixed arguments.

The possibility of citation or dismissal as early as this afternoon cannot be ruled out.
