Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol submitted additional data to the court one day before the interrogation date for suspension of execution of disciplinary measures for two months of suspension.

Yoon's lawyer Lee Wan-gyu said, "I submitted an explanation of evidence and additional evidence in the morning, and submitted additional documents around 4 pm."

Yoon explained that it is a material that supplements or supplements existing claims, such as the illegality of the disciplinary process and damages that are difficult to recover from honesty.

In particular, he argued that the reason for disciplinary action was insufficient, saying, "When judging on the actual cause, the disciplinary committee admitted the allegations with speculation and prediction without evidence."

In addition, he pointed out that there was a problem with the exercise of defense rights due to excessive restrictions on accessing and copying materials, Yoon explained.

In particular, in the event of a vacancy in the disciplinary committee, it was determined that the disciplinary committee proceeded against the purpose of these regulations, and the fact that the disciplinary committee proceeded against the purpose of these regulations was considered to be a procedural problem.

The interrogation on the case of the request for suspension of execution to determine whether President Yoon can return to his office will be held at the Seoul Administrative Court tomorrow (22nd) at 2 pm with the hearing of Deputy Judge Hong Soon-wook.
