Mr. A, who had 6 members in his family due to a spoofed marriage, was able to win the subscription by receiving high additional points on the subscription.
Mr. A wasn't the only one who signed up for fraud.
For the purpose of winning a special multi-child supply, pregnancy certificates were forged, subscription bankbooks were handed over, or family relations certificates were forged.
Only 40 people have won the subscription through this method.
The winning lot was handed over to the broker, and the broker sold it for a premium of 150 million won.
It is estimated that only the unfair profit earned by the broker's daily rate is 6 billion won.
The money received by those who participated in the forgery of documents was small compared to this, and it turned out that no one occupied this apartment.
