Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol's Disciplinary Committee will be held today at 10:30 am at the Gwacheon Ministry of Justice.

Excluding the Prosecutor's Office Chief of the Ministry of Justice Shim Jae-cheol, who resigned himself, four members, including Professor Jeong Han-jung, who is the chairman's official representative, participate as disciplinary committee members.

Amidst this, controversy about the qualification of one of the disciplinary committee members, the anti-corruption chief Shin Sung-sik, has also been raised.

This is because Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon appointed Shin Prosecutor as the so-called'KBS misinformation case' yesterday in connection with the alleged attempted force of Channel A.

In July, after KBS reported that a former reporter Lee Dong-jae and a prosecutor of Channel A had conspired to allegedly allegedly implicated in the manipulation of Shillazen's stock price by Roh Si-min, Chairman of the Roh Moo Hyun-dan, apologized after acknowledging the misinformation. One of the prosecutors' claim is that a person is the prosecutor Shin Sung-sik.

One of the reasons for the disciplinary action of President Yoon was that he interfered with the inspection and investigation of a prosecutor, so pointed out whether it is appropriate for Shin prosecutor to serve as a disciplinary committee member.

There are also observations that the date of the disciplinary committee may be delayed amid various controversies, and the disciplinary committee chairman Jeong Han-joong said that "all possibilities are open."

If the discussion ends today and serious punishment beyond honesty comes out, it seems that President Yoon's side will immediately respond to legal action.
