Residents near the residence of Jo Doo-soon, a child sex offender who was released on the 12th, asked the police on the 14th to prepare measures, saying, "We are suffering another pain due to some YouTubers."

In a petition sent to the Ansan Danwon Police Chief on this day, representatives of residents' governments such as the Chairman of the Residents' Council of Residents in Cho Doo-soon, the bank account council, the Saemaul leader’s chairman, and the Saemaul women’s chairman said, “The residents who had to watch (Cho Doo-soon's residence) helplessly were surprised and worried. He said, "But the anxiety and discomfort of residents are increasing due to media reporters as well as YouTubers."

They said, "Some YouTubers, even though Jo Doo-soon entered the house, spent the night screaming castles, even going up the rooftops of neighboring houses, and even fighting with each other."

Resident representatives added, "Designate a certain area as an area where unrelated outsiders such as YouTubers cannot enter and manage it specially," and added, "I will bear the inconvenience that will be experienced in this process."

Residents said, "The residents near Cho Doo-soon's house are spending the night open with fear and anxiety about how to live in the future. We want to be able to live a stable life as soon as possible."

Earlier, the Ansan Danwon Police Department said that it is investigating charges of obstructing the execution of public affairs by accusing eight people in connection with the disturbance in front of Cho Doo-soon's house and attempts to invade the residence.
