Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol's lawyer Lee Wan-gyu said today (10th), "I think everyone will know the issue of fairness in discipline, and I will tell the disciplinary committees enough."

Prior to attending the Prosecutors' Disciplinary Committee of the Ministry of Justice today, Mr. Lee met with reporters and said, "I will do my best to tell the disciplinary members that disciplinary action is illegal and unfair."

He said, "We haven't received any statements or evidence from the Ministry of Justice that would be adversely admitted against Mr. Yun," he said. "I am on the disciplinary committee without knowing any of these essential points."

He also stressed that the list of disciplinary committee members was not delivered from the Ministry of Justice and that there was no procedural consultation before the disciplinary committee.

It is to the effect that the defense rights of the disciplinary accused were not sufficiently guaranteed.

Regarding whether or not the witnesses will be present, among the seven witnesses, Ryu-hyuk, the prosecutor of the Ministry of Justice, Park Young-jin, the supervisor of the Ulsan District Prosecutor's Office, and Son Jun-seong, the chief prosecutor's office, said they would attend the disciplinary committee.

Meanwhile, President Yun went to work at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office without attending the disciplinary committee today.
