The Ministry of Justice accepted the request from Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol to postpone the deadline, and delayed the prosecutor's disciplinary committee for two days from the 2nd to the 4th (Friday).

The Ministry of Justice said in a reminder message on the evening of today (1st), "We decided to postpone the prosecutor's disciplinary committee to this Friday (4th) by accepting the request of the prosecutor general to ensure sufficient procedural rights and defense rights."

Regarding the court's decision to stop Yun's suspension of his duties, he said, "We respect the decision as limited to the judgment on the temporary measure of suspension of duties."

However, he emphasized that "in the future, whether or not a disciplinary charge will be recognized and the amount of disciplinary action will be made through faithful deliberation by the prosecutor and disciplinary committee in accordance with laws and procedures."

The Ministry of Justice decided to follow up sooner or later on Deputy Attorney General Koki-young, who submitted his resignation to prevent the holding of the disciplinary committee today.
