Chun Doo-Hwan, who is accused of defaming the late Father Jobio's reputation, will be sentenced for the first trial tomorrow (30th).

The essence of this trial depends on whether or not there was a helicopter fire on civilians during the May 18 Democratization Movement.

In his memoirs in 2017, Chun Doo-hwan accused the late Father Jobio, who testified of witnessing helicopter shooting during the May 18 Democratization Movement, as a ``shameless liar''.

When Fr. Cho's bereaved family sued Mr. Jeon, Mr. Jeon was handed over to trial in May of the following year for defamation of a lion.

[Chun Doo-Hwan (March last year): (Do you deny the firing order?) Why are you doing this.] After

two years and six months of court battle, the prosecution imprisoned Mr. Jeon for one year and six months for hurting the 5·18 victims again. I did.

The crime of defamation of a lion is established only when the deceased's reputation is deliberately harmed, even though it is believed that it is false.

For this reason, it is expected that the judgment of the judge as to whether there was an actual helicopter shooting at the time of May 18 will determine Mr. Jeon's guilt.

The prosecution is using the results of the National Institute of Scientific Investigation's assessment of the bullet marks on the 10th floor of the Jeonil Building as the basis for helicopter shooting.

On the other hand, Mr. Jeon denies the existence of helicopter shooting, saying there should be more witnesses.

May 18 organizations, etc., demand condemnation to correct history.

[Cho Youngdae/High Father Jobio's nephew: They are expected to appeal until the end, but it is historically very important that the conclusion of the first trial trial comes out as guilty.] The

sentence for the first trial will be held at 2pm tomorrow. Is scheduled to move by car from her home in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul.
