Yesterday (14th), at around 11 pm, A, a man in his 40s, lying on the first lane of the road while drunk near the Shinmora intersection in Sasang-gu, Busan was hit by a van.
After that, Mr. A, who was hit by four cars following the van, died on the spot.
Police figured that Mr. A was drunk and lying on the road.
The police will investigate the alleged violation of the Act on Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling against drivers who have had an accident.
