The prosecution summoned Choi Mo, the mother-in-law of the Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol on the 12th.

According to the legal profession, the 6th Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office (Prosecutor Park Soon-bae) is calling Choi, who is suspected of illegal supply and demand in a nursing hospital on the morning of the 12th, and is conducting an investigation.

It is known that the prosecution intensively investigated whether Choi was involved in the establishment and operation of a nursing hospital.

In October 2012, Mr. Choi invested 200 million won to establish a medical foundation with his partner, Mr. Koo, and then established A nursing hospital in Paju, Gyeonggi-do.

Although this hospital was not a medical institution established in accordance with the Medical Law, it was discovered after receiving 2.2 billion won in medical care benefits from the National Health Insurance Corporation for two years starting in May 2013.

Three co-workers were convicted of violating the medical law and fraud. .

However, in April, the Open Democratic Party's representative Choi Kang-wook raised suspicion that Yoon intervened in the prosecution's disposition of non-prosecution at the time, and accused President Yoon and his mother-in-law Choi Mo.

Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae also ordered the reinforcement of the investigation team by excluding General Yoon from the investigation of the case by exercising his command of the investigation last month.

It is known that the prosecution, who has initiated a re-investigation, recently obtained a statement from Choi's partner, Mr. Koo, stating that the'Liability Exemption Memorandum' was forged.

In addition, on the 4th, a summons investigation was conducted on Mr. Choi's son-in-law Yoo Mo, who served as the administrative director at A nursing hospital.
