In September, a six-year-old Mo-gun was taken to a hospital after a drunk driving vehicle crashed and fell down, but died.
It was a tragedy that happened just minutes after Lee's mother entered the restaurant right in front of her with only her 9-year-old brother for fear of corona 19 infection.
The driver was 58-year-old Kim Mo, who drank during the day after the early soccer meeting, and the blood alcohol concentration was 0.144%, and he was intoxicated.
Kim's first trial, who was charged with arrest, was held in a heavy atmosphere.
Kim, wearing a mask, bowed his head throughout the trial, and the bereaved sobbed as he called the name of the army.
When the video of the accident vehicle black box submitted by the prosecution as evidence was played back, Lee's mother said it was a lie.
The military's father demanded strong punishment from the court in a statement that was revealed as a surviving representative.

Kim, who came to the military's funeral with a smell of alcohol, acknowledged all the charges and asked the court for an opportunity to apologize.
