On the morning of the 29th, the Supreme Court will hold an appeal sentence for Ahn In-deuk, who was charged with murder.

On April 17 last year, Ahn In-deuk was arrested on charges of killing 5 people and injuring 17 people by wielding a weapon against residents evacuating after setting a fire in her apartment in Jinju City, Gyeongsangnam-do.

The issue was whether Ahn Indeuk, a patient with schizophrenia, committed a crime in a state of weakness in mind and body, but the first trial held by the national participation trial was judged to be a planned crime and sentenced to death, the highest sentence in the court.

On the other hand, the second trial was sentenced to life imprisonment after acknowledging his mental and physical weakness at the time of the crime.
