The accident has seriously injured the driver of the tank lorry and has not yet recovered consciousness.
Police believe that the tank lorry driver suddenly encountered a congestion section and was unable to respond.

similar accident occurred on the Jecheon Expressway in Pyeongtaek at around 4:45 PM.
It is known that cars standing in the congested section were hit by a truck and a dump truck that could not slow down.
