An additional 11 people were arrested by the police, including middle and high school students, who ran the telegram chat room that was distributed after intimidating teenage boys to film a video of sexual exploitation.



The Incheon Provincial Police Agency's cyber investigation team announced today (19th) that they arrested two high school students, 18-year-old group A, and 9 middle-school students, 14-year-old group B, on charges of producing and distributing pornographic material.



Army A and others are accused of intimidating teenage boys on March 15-27 this year to create sexual exploits such as videos and photos, and then disseminating them to the'Central Intelligence Department', a jointly operated Telegram chat room. .



The police arrested 17-year-old Army C, a 17-year-old high school 2nd grader who was the founder and operator of the Central Intelligence Agency, followed by further investigations and arrested 11 additional officials.



The police arrested them and found that out of 11, 5 were middle school students, 4 were high school students, and the other 2 were in their 20s.



The number of victims related to the Central Intelligence Agency confirmed by the police was 16, of which 14 male students in their teens and 2 were in their 20s.



Group A and others advertised on the game chat window or social media that they ``combined photos of acquaintances to create pornography,'' and threatened the victims who requested the production to create sexual exploits and upload them to the corresponding chat room.



The victims asked for a composite photo of their acquaintances and threatened to reveal their name and mobile phone number as a pretext, saying, "If I don't do what I tell you, I will reveal my personal information."



A police official said, "All 11 arrested were officials, and two arrested were found to be involved in the operation. The remaining 9 were in charge of attracting victims."
