A man in his twenties who threatened an elementary school girl with a weapon and dragged him to the rooftop fell on the 15th floor of an apartment and died.
According to the Incheon Nonhyeon Police Station, a 21-year-old A fell into a flowerbed on the first floor near the roof of an apartment in Namdong-gu, Incheon, around 5 pm yesterday (15th).
Mr. A was seriously injured in his head and was taken to the hospital by 119 paramedics, but died.
Mr. A tried to drag Miss B, an elementary school student living in this apartment with a weapon, to the rooftop. At the time, when a neighbor who heard Miss B's cry for “live” opened the door and reported to the police, Mr. A led to the rooftop. The police are watching as they jumped through the window on the stairs.
The police are investigating the exact situation based on CCTV around the apartment where the accident occurred and witness statements.
A police official said, "Currently, Ms. B is very shocked, so it is difficult to investigate," and said, "We plan to continue the investigation."
