The fifth edition of Hotel Tapa Tour begins, a route through 10 emblematic hotels in Madrid that will offer, until Sunday 25, signature dishes at 8 euros

This year, it hosts the final of the first National Award 'Tapas Alimentos de España' in which national hotels and inns from all over the country participate

If there is a format that is quickly associated with Spanish gastronomy, it is undoubtedly the tapa.

And with that common thread, the Hotel Tapa Tour is held year after year, which on this occasion -the fifth- has set itself a double objective: to

encourage people to discover the cuisine

of Madrid's

restaurants, terraces and hotel bars

and to encourage consumption of product

made in Spain

through a series of

signature dishes paired with wines from the Cava Denomination of Origin.

From Thursday 15 to Sunday 25 October, ten hotel establishments in Madrid will serve a

tapa and a glass of cava for 8 euros
