Choi Jong-beom (29), who was handed over to trial for assaulting or threatening the late singer Goo Hara, has been sentenced to one year in prison.

The charges of photographing Koo's body without consent remained innocent, similar to the court judgment.

The first part of the Supreme Court (Presidential Judge Park Jeong-hwa) announced today (15th) that it has confirmed the court case sentenced to one year in prison in the appeal of Choi, who was charged with shooting, injury, and threats using cameras under the Sexual Violence Penalty Act.

The court admitted most charges of property damage, injury, intimidation, and coercion, but the charges for illegal camera photography were judged as innocent as in the first and second trials.

The fact that Koo deleted the sex video from Choi's mobile phone and left the photo in question became the grounds for innocence.

At the time, it was investigated that the two could set the same mobile phone password and delete the film when necessary.

It was also considered that Koo also photographed Choi's body.

Choi has been tried on charges of inflicting bruises on his arms and legs in the process of arguing with Koo in September 2018 and threatening to ``distribute sex videos''.

I was also charged with shooting Mr. Koo without his consent.

In August of the same year, she was also charged with secretly photographing her body and forcing her to kneel down and apologize to the representative of her agency at the time.

The first trial convicted most of Choi's prosecution, including threats, coercion, injury, and property damage, and sentenced him to one year and six months in prison and three years probation.

The second trial sentenced him to one year in prison and imprisoned Choi, saying, "The crime is not very good."
