Last month, several teenagers in Jeju told about the incident that continued theft at marts and taxis.

A vehicle running down an alley hits a parked vehicle and runs away.

It crosses the center line, ignores the signal and continues sprinting.

In the alley, you can also see a dizzying moment when you almost collide with the bus passing by.

This is a hit-and-run run-off incident in Jeju City in the early morning of the 5th.

A citizen chasing a hit-and-run vehicle even felt a threat to life.

[Hit-and-run vehicle chase Citizen: I was driving threateningly, and I was almost hit a few times.

I'll die after chasing wrong.

Looking at it like this...

driver of a hit-and-run vehicle caught by the police is a junior high school student.

Three people, including junior high school student A, stole a car parked in Ido 2-dong, Jeju City in the early morning of the 5th, and drove to Seogwipo City after an accident.

[Vehicle theft victim: I parked exactly in the parking lot in front of my house.

But when I heard that it suddenly disappeared and went down at dawn, the car disappeared and it was like a joke...

The embarrassing thing is that the middle school students who stole a vehicle and even had an accident were teenagers who were stealing marts and taxis in Namwon-eup and Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si last month.

At the time, a judicial boy who was not subject to criminal punishment was included and he was taken home, and eventually he even committed a car theft.

Police arrested two of them as they were over 14 years old, where criminal punishment was possible.

However, one choking boy was given an indulgence this time.
