In a PC room in Busan, a woman in her twenties wielding a weapon by a customer who has no face to face was sentenced to four years in prison at the first trial.



At the time, this woman's riot, two female customers were injured for 1 to 4 weeks, and one female employee was injured for 12 weeks.



Busan District Court Criminal Fourth Exclusive Deputy Judge Bu-Sik said on the 15th that he sentenced Mr. A (20), who was charged with special injury, to four years in prison.



According to the ruling, Mr. A was drunk on the evening of July 22, thinking, "Because I am unhappy, others should be unhappy," he took a weapon in his kitchen.



He headed to a PC cafe on the first basement floor near his house in Yeonje-gu, Busan, around 8:30 PM.



When Mr. A saw two female guests in the smoking room of the PC room enter the smoking room and chat while smoking, he stabbed a female customer with the weapon he brought in a plastic bag, and swung a weapon at another female guest next to him.



A PC cafe employee who was drying this was also severely injured for 12 weeks by stabbing a weapon.



In the police investigation at the time of the incident, Mr. A had no one-sided relationship with the victims.



The deputy chief judge said, "It is admitted that the defendant complained of depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder, and that he drank alcohol right before the crime, but it cannot be seen that he was in a state of poor ability to discriminate things or make decisions. We do not accept claims of weak mental and physical weakness.”



The deputy chief judge said, "The crime of the defendant is cruel enough to damage the victim's lungs, and the degree of injuries and other injuries suffered by the victims is severe." Revealed.
