Yesterday, 58 new confirmed cases of Corona 19 were added, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases reached 24,606.

There were 46 domestic outbreaks and 12 foreign inflows.

By region, there were 19 confirmed cases in Seoul, 18 in Gyeonggi, and 1 in Incheon.

In the non-metropolitan area, 3 people occurred in Busan, 2 people each in Daejeon and Gangwon, and 1 person in Chungnam.

Yesterday, two people died while undergoing Corona 19 treatment, and the cumulative death toll rose to 432.

In an army unit in Yangju, Gyeonggi-do, four soldiers have been confirmed, and a total inspection of about 300 troops is in progress.

After recording 114 new cases on the 7th, the number of new confirmed cases is showing stability while maintaining the double digit for the fourth day.

However, as the Hangeul Day holiday lasted for three days, it is the position of the quarantine authorities that we must watch the situation more until next week.

As the two-week Chuseok special quarantine period ends today, the government is expected to announce a social distancing adjustment plan this afternoon, which will take effect next week.

When new distance measures come up, the way kindergarten and elementary, middle, and high school students attend school will likely change.
