A model similar to the Mega Drive Mini

This next console could take longer to be marketed than the previous one, offered only in Japan.

The designer thinks it won't be ready for a year or two.

He clarified that it should be similar to the Mega Drive Mini.

Yosuke Okunari also launched a few possible names for his future product: SG-1000 Mini or Dreamcast Mini.

At this point, it is possible to imagine a Dreamcast Mini, but it is not known how many games will be integrated into it.

The Sega Dreamcast celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2019. It did not have the success of its competitors at the time and has sold ten million copies worldwide.

The GameGear Micro was released in Japan on Tuesday.

There is

a priori

no question of it being sold outside Japan.
