The man who was unilaterally beaten and collapsed was shocked, lying on the road and unable to get up for a while.
Police were dispatched to the scene of the incident, but the perpetrator had already escaped in his car.
In a police investigation, it was confirmed that a man in his 60s said he was assaulted while struggling with the victim's vehicle in the opposite lane.
