As the'Act on the Prevention and Management of Infectious Diseases', which focuses on protecting personal information, was revised last month (September), the Central Defense Response Headquarters prepared guidelines for disclosure of information such as the route of movement of corona19 confirmed patients and distributed them to local governments.

This guideline focuses on minimizing invasion of privacy related to personal information, such as gender, age, nationality, and name of residence and workplace under Eup, Myeon-dong, etc.

When local governments inform the moving route information of corona19 confirmed people in the region, we have not disclosed personal information such as gender or age.

In the meantime, the location where the confirmed person has been visited has been posted by time slot in the traffic line disclosure method.

For example, if a confirmed patient visits B Mart and C Restaurant, if the movement route was previously disclosed in chronological order, then the time that Patient A went to B Mart and C restaurant is disclosed.

In addition, it is a principle not to disclose the name of the place, etc., if all contacts in the place are identified.

However, if the place and means of transportation used by the confirmed person are not specified, damage may occur to many, so the building must specify a specific floor, room, store name, and time zone. Etc.
