The first examination was completed in 13 hours and 30 minutes after a fire occurred in a 33-story residential-commercial apartment in Ulsan.
The Ulsan Fire Department explained, "Today (9th) 12:35 p.m. was completed."

This fire happened at around 11:07 pm yesterday (8th), and once the entire building was engulfed in flames, the flames spread.
The fire department started to extinguish the ladder truck, but the wind was very strong and the flame spread to the high-rise where the ladder truck did not reach, making it difficult to extinguish the fire.
As the day dawned, helicopters were dispatched to spray water, and firefighters entered the fire floor and focused on extinguishing the fire.
