The government announced that it will promptly disband if an illegal assembly is held in downtown Seoul on the 9th, and that if a corona19 patient occurs, it will claim damages.

In order to prevent the spread of Corona 19 infection through large-scale gatherings, the National Police Agency announced that it would ban more than 10 people or 139 cases related to prohibited areas out of the 1,220 reported gatherings in downtown Seoul today.

In addition, administrative guidance was given to major organizations that reported the assembly to persuade them to refrain from assembly, and police personnel and equipment were intensively deployed in places where large numbers could gather, such as around Gwanghwamun Square.

In particular, if a banned assembly is enforced, it is planned to be dismissed promptly and if an illegal act of violence is committed, the current offender will be arrested.

After the rally, all illegal activities will be severely punished without exception, and if a confirmed corona19 occurs due to the rally, it has been decided to claim damages to the participants of the rally.

The city of Seoul announced the ban on the assembly through subway broadcasting, electronic boards, and banners, and local governments such as Gyeongnam, Chungbuk, and Chungnam requested that they refrain from using chartered buses related to the assembly.

In addition, to prevent crowds from crowding at the meeting site, we devise a plan for non-stop passage at subway stations near major meeting places, and we also crack down on illegal parking and stopping of chartered buses in Tokyo.
