An invitation for a dozen people who leaked on social networks

On October 1, the police had to intervene after complaints from the neighborhood for nighttime noise.

The investigators heard the organizer of the party, a student from the Stéphanoise branch of EM Lyon.

He explained that his invitation was intended for ten people.

He had planned masks and hydroalcoholic gel, except that the invitation leaked on social networks.

Quickly, 150 people arrived on the scene, completely overwhelming the organizer.

The party therefore spread through the stairs, with unwanted noise and loud music.

The barrier gestures were not respected by anyone, with young people glued to each other for several hours.

A cluster that forces a business school to close for 15 days

Consequence: Five cases of coronavirus were reported on Monday.

The business school, a branch of EM Lyon, has decided to close its doors for 15 days.

Some 750 students have been sent home for distance learning.

The organizer should not be sued, since it appears that he did not have the will to organize a party with many participants.

"It is incivism, but it does not fall under the penal code," said the prosecution of Saint-Étienne.

The young man will still have to pay a fine of 450 euros for nighttime noise.
