The 1st to 3rd floors are shopping centers and the 4th to 33rd floors are apartments, and it is believed that 127 households reside.
The fire department said that a fire seems to have started on the outer wall of the third floor terrace, but there are also sayings that it occurred on the 12th floor of the building, so the exact ignition area is not specified.
The fire takes on strong winds and spreads to the upper and lower floors of the building, making it difficult to extinguish the fire.
The fire has spread throughout the building, and the Ulsan Fire Headquarters has issued a second phase of response to mobilize all fire fighting power from nearby fire departments from 11:48 last night, and is responding with full force to extinguish the fire.
Hundreds of residents are currently evacuated outside the building, and it is known that about 40 people have been evacuated on the roof of the building.
