Last month, a drunk driver and a companion who killed a head in her 50s who was delivering chicken near Eulwangri Beach in Incheon by a vehicle were handed over to trial.
The Incheon District Prosecutor's Office indicted a woman in her 30s who drunk and drove on charges of dangerous driving homicide under the Certain Crimes Weighted Penalty Act and drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.
The prosecution indicted B, who was in the passenger seat of a vehicle at the time of the accident, was also charged with a joint criminal of a dangerous driver and a drunk driving teacher under the Road Traffic Act.
The prosecution said, "We confirmed that Mr. B, the actual owner of the vehicle, did not just help him, but actively taught Dr. A to Mr. A," and said, "Mr. B is also recognized for negligence."
The prosecution explained that they considered A and B as accomplices, considering the purpose of the'Yoon Chang-ho Act', which strengthened punishment for drunk drivers.
