Another man is standing next to a man sitting at a bank in Paju, Gyeonggi-do.

A bank employee talking with a man calls somewhere, and after a while, the police rush to take the man.

What happened between the two?

The man sitting at the window is Mr. A, grade 3 with intellectual disabilities, who is at the level of 10 years of cognitive ability.

The man next to him is Mr. A, alumni, Mr. B.

Mr. A handed over the credit card, ID card, and mobile phone to Mr. B in August when Mr. B proposed to do business with him.

[Mr. A: I didn't know what to do because I asked for a rental car (business), and I only knew that it was a rental car business.]

Mr. B took a loan with Mr. A's credit card and bought a car over 30 million won without Mr. A's secret.

On the receipt of the vehicle, Mr. A's name was stolen and falsely signed.

Then the next day, I sold this car to a used car company for about 5 million won.

The real owner, Mr. A, had a car that he had never even been able to ride and was sold second-hand within one day of delivery.

[Mr. A's mother:'(son) is trying to find a lot of money, but do you know your mother?'

Then (from the bank) there was a call.

'No, he said,'No, he only gets a million won when he gets a salary, but it's a lot of money.' Then he said it was the money he received after selling the car

.

It was a fraudulent crime targeting intellectually disabled people, and the car company's sales procedures were poor.

The salesperson handed over the car to Mr. B without even verifying the actual buyer, Mr. A, and

[Car salesperson: (Is this the first time since the incident?) Mr. A saw it for the first time.] With a

used car company that bought Mr. A's car We also confirmed the circumstances of contact before the vehicle was sold.

[Used car company official: (The salesperson) asked me if I could buy this car.

After about a week or two, the car is about to come out, so I made a deposit and

sent

it to the consignment to take it.] The

police are chasing Mr. B, who has run away, while investigating whether a car salesperson conspired for the crime.
