In the area around Gangdong-gu, Seoul on the first day of the foundation day, it became possible to gather using 9 or fewer vehicles.

The 6th administrative division of the Seoul Administrative Court (Deputy Judge Lee Seong-yong) said that Mr. A, an official of the'National Movement for a New Korea' (New Korea), cited a partial request for suspension of execution filed by the Gangdong Police Station in Seoul for banning outdoor assembly.

When Mr. A reported that he would conduct an assembly using a vehicle on the first day of the foundation day, when he was notified of the ban, he filed an administrative lawsuit and an application for suspension of execution against the police.

The judge said, "The assembly requested by Mr. A is a method in which no more than 9 people are in a vehicle for 2 hours," and said, "In light of the number and time of the report, the manner of protest, and the route, the spread of infectious diseases or disruption of traffic. The risk of causing it cannot be objectively clear.”

However, the judiciary is concerned about the spread of infectious diseases and traffic jams. ▲ The name, contact information, and vehicle number of the participants of the assembly must be submitted to the police and confirmed before the start of the assembly. ▲ No face-to-face meetings before or after the assembly. ▲ Only one participant should board the vehicle. Things ▲ conditions were suggested, such as not opening windows or advocating relief in any case during the meeting.
