In response to the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the police's policy of banning crowd gatherings during the opening day, a conservative group applied for suspension of execution, but the court did not accept it.

The 13th Administrative Division of the Seoul Administrative Court (Deputy Judge Jang Nak-won) rejected the application for suspension of execution by the '8.15 Emergency Response Committee' (non-contender) on the Seoul Jongno Police Station's notice of banning outdoor assembly.

Previously, the Seoul Metropolitan Government banned more than 10 gatherings in accordance with the judgment that Corona 19 could re-proliferate due to the Gaecheon Day rally, and all gatherings were blocked in parts of the city center, such as Jongno-gu.

The police announced the ban according to the quarantine authorities' standards for banning assembly.

On the 25th, the commissioner filed an administrative lawsuit and an application for suspension of execution when he reported that he would hold a rally in Gwanghwamun Square on Gaecheon Day, and received a ban from the Jongno Police Station.
