It was belatedly known that a man in his 40s, who had arrived from overseas and was self-isolating at a hotel, had a riot of commitment to "buy alcohol."

According to the Busan Police Agency, on the 23rd at around 11 pm, Mr. A in his 40s, who was living in quarantine at a hotel in Jung-gu, Busan, tried to escape without permission from the room, but was arrested by the police at the scene.

15 minutes later, Mr. A, who came out of the room again, tried to go out by using the stairs, and the police entered the room again.

A Korean, who arrived from Russia, is known to have told the police, "Please let me go to buy alcohol."

Without stopping here, Mr. A, who had secretly hid alcohol, began to riot by hanging from the railing outside the balcony on the 14th floor of the hotel.

At that time, it was confirmed that Mr. A hung on the railing and said, "If I don't buy alcohol, I will jump."

After the police persuaded Mr. A, it was reported that the scene was cleared in 30 minutes.
