Unsurprisingly, Microsoft's GamePass took off this summer with the arrival of many new games on the platform.

In the space of just four months, GamePass saw its number of subscriptions increase by 50%, from 10 million to 15 million paying subscribers.

Very strong growth which should accelerate even further with the launch of the offer on Android a few days ago and the announcement of the takeover of Bethesda, one of the largest publishers in the world, and its 8 studios of development.

A winning move for Microsoft

Microsoft, which will launch its new generation consoles in a few days, now focuses a large part of its communication on GamePass, its unlimited gaming offer, similar to Netflix in concept, but in the field of video games.

GamePass is currently only available in a handful of markets.

Mainly the United States and Europe.

Microsoft intends, however, to deploy its service worldwide in the coming months.
