Incheon International Airport Corporation President Koo Bon-hwan, who received a proposal for dismissal from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, said, "I heard a story from a senior official of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport to voluntarily resign," and "I did not hear the reason why I had to leave."

President Koo held a press conference at the Incheon International Airport Corporation on the 16th and said, "If the public agency steering committee decides on dismissal, we are preparing a legal response."

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has suggested dismissal to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, saying that an inappropriate behavior was found as a result of an audit of Koo.

President Koo said, "I do not know the contents of the audit result sent by the Ministry of Land, and I only know the title." One is,'Responding to typhoon insolvent during the national inspection and reporting false behavior' and the other is'violation of faithful obligations such as impairing fairness in personnel management of the institution.' Not all of the matters deserve to be fired.”

At a press conference, President Koo explained that he was unfair about the two issues, and said that the inspection of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport was just a justification for dismissal.

He recently asked reporters whether he was trying to take the responsibility of the'People's Incident' and asked, "I can't tell you, but please guess together." At the time of the announcement of the transition to regular workers, the union blocked the road and pressed the body to go to hospital for 3 months. He is also receiving treatment, but related organizations say he is dismissed without encouragement or comfort.”

President Koo also said, "When the greeting season came, the union chairperson came and asked for personnel to say who and who should be," he said. "I referred to it twice at the beginning, but it seems to be repulsive when he does not listen to it through personnel innovation."
