A 24-year-old academy instructor who was confirmed after attending the Itaewon Club in Seoul in early May.



At the time, Mr. A stated that he had no job in the epidemiological investigation.



However, as a result of GPS tracking by the quarantine authorities, it was revealed that the actual movement was different from A's statement, and that he was working as an academy instructor.



Because of Mr. A's lies, the quarantine authorities were unable to quarantine the contact for three days, and further infections continued.



Two of the high school students I taught were infected, followed by a coin karaoke and a first-birthday party.



When more than 80 people were infected while missing Golden Time, Incheon City accused Mr. A of the police.



For Mr. A, who was handed over to trial after being arrested for violating the Infectious Disease Prevention Act, the prosecution sought two years in prison at a decision trial.



The prosecution revealed the reason for the sentence that Mr. A was not only cheated on his job and the line of movement, but also had a bad guilt by coping with ease, such as going to the gym and coffee shop on the day of the epidemiological investigation.



In the final statement, Mr. A wept and said, "I couldn't predict if something would happen with a single word, and I will apologize for the rest of my life."



The city of Incheon plans to proceed with a lawsuit claiming the cost of quarantine against Mr. A as soon as the criminal trial is completed.



The judgment against Mr. A is expected to be issued on the 8th of next month.
