Today (15th) around 5:30 am, an underground water pipe ruptured on a two-lane road at the intersection of Seongnam Sports Complex, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and a nearby road was flooded.
Although it was determined that there was no human injury, the supply of tap water to some households was cut off, causing inconvenience to residents.
The Jungwon-gu Office is working to restore water pipes while draining cold water from the road, and the police are controlling vehicle entry from both directions of the section.
Authorities are determining the cause of the water pipe rupture.
