prosecution's investigation, which began with the suspicion of Grandmother Yong-soo Lee and subsequent accusations, was settled with the prosecution of Rep. Yoon Mi-hyang after four months.

The prosecution believes that about 100 million won of the money that Rep. Yoon raised for her grandmothers has been spent more than 100 times for personal use since 2011.

It was useful for the grandmother's travel expenses, condolences, and public money managed by Jeong Dae-hyup, which were received in five personal accounts.

The prosecution also conspired with Mr. A, head of the Mapo Shelter, where Rep. Yun died, and made a donation of 50 million won out of 100 million won for the women's rights awards of Grandmother Gil Won-ok, who was suffering from severe dementia. They reported that they received donations and applied the charges of quasi-fraud.

The controversial Anseong Shelter was judged to have caused damage to the Jeongdae-hyeop by buying it for 750 million won, which is more expensive than the market price, and the suspicion of unfairly receiving a subsidy of 300 million won from the government and the Seoul Metropolitan Government was applied while operating the War and Women's Human Rights Museum. .

However, there were no charges, such as suspicion that her husband had drove her work to the newspaper that her husband ran, that she spent her daughter's study abroad money or real estate purchase with Jeong Dae-hyup, and Jeong Jeong-yeon's money, and so on.

Rep. Yoon expressed deep regret for the prosecution's investigation and insisted that all the money raised was spent publicly.

In addition, the prosecution claimed that the prosecution's claim that the grandmothers donated prize money was spontaneous and that they were deceived, disregarding the grandmother's mental identity.
