On March 18, in Cheongwon-gu, Cheongju-si, Mr. A tied the arm of his girlfriend B, asking for "let's break up," with the jacket he was wearing, and took him to the roof of an officetel building.

And he imprisoned Mr. B for about three hours, threatening to "jump off the roof if we don't meet again."



Also, on the 25th of the same month, when Mr. B refused to answer the phone dozens of times, Mr. A went to the apartment where Mr. B lives.

However, when the door was not locked and opened, Mr. A climbed up to the 16th floor on the outer wall equipped with an air conditioner, outdoor unit, etc., and broke into Mr. B's house through the veranda window.



In the course of the investigation afterwards, it was revealed that A was also suspected of stealing 1.7 million won worth of money, such as a smartphone, by breaking into a changing room at a factory in Cheongju while pretending to be a part-time job in January.



The judge explained that "the victims felt unimaginable anxiety and fear due to the excessive obsession of the defendant, and corresponding punishment was necessary." .
