<Anchor> In the

metropolitan area, spreading in day care centers doesn't make sense. I know it's dangerous, but it's not good enough to entrust it, so parents entrust their child to emergency care, which is where the problem is.

This is Jang Hoon-kyung.

<Reporter> On the

morning of the 27th, a student and a mother attending a day care center on the 3rd floor of the LG Twin Tower in Yeouido, Seoul were confirmed as Corona 19.

It is a building where the headquarters of the LG Group and major affiliates are located.

In Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, two children from daycare centers and four family members, including parents, were confirmed.

In a kindergarten in Mok-dong, Seoul, one employee was confirmed and the children were urgently sent home.

There have been 390 confirmed cases of children under the age of 10, but there are no deaths.

Local governments are ordering to close one after another for the safety of children, but emergency care for dual-income couples is still running.

As of yesterday, about 560,000 children, about half of the 1.23 million native students nationwide, entered the daycare center.

Teachers complain of anxiety.

[Daycare teacher: It should be assumed that about ten people are in class. When eating, brushing teeth, or during a nap time for children, I have no choice but to remove the (mask)... .]

Health officials say there is no need to worry too much about the spread of corona in daycare centers.

An official from the Ministry of Welfare explained, "Most of them are spread to childcare facilities through parents, and daycare centers are rather a safer environment."

However, as cases of infection continue to appear, it has revealed that it will strengthen quarantine through further analysis.
