early morning of today (20th), a fire broke out at Yongjusa Temple in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do. Next to it was the Daeungjeon Hall, designated as a national treasure, but fortunately the fire did not catch on.

Only the skeleton remains in the temple, and the burnt timber is scattered in the yard.

Around 1:10 am this morning, a fire broke out at Hoseongjeon, Yongjusa Temple in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do.

Fortunately, there was no human injury caused by the fire, but the Hoseongjeon, which was on fire, was burned down to such an extent that it was impossible to recognize its shape.

Yongjusa Temple was built by King Jeongjo, the 22nd king of the Joseon Dynasty to pray for the blessing of his father, Crown Prince Apostle.

Next to Hoseongjeon, there was Daeungjeon Hall, designated as a nationally designated cultural property treasure three years ago, but the fire did not spread, thus avoiding the fire.

Black smoke and red flames soar into the sky.

Around 4:20 am this morning, a car on the overpass near Gwanggyo Lake Park in the direction of Suwon and Yongin caught fire.

The fire moved to the outer wall of the nearby Haeoragi Tunnel, but it extinguished in about 30 minutes.

[Witness: Pow! And a little later! But, I was very worried that the car broke out... I can smell it and feel the heat.]

Police and fire departments are investigating the cause of the fire, such as whether the vehicle was on fire.

Firefighters turn on flashlights and look inside the cinema.

At around 10 o'clock last night, 52 people were evacuated from the Lotte Cinema building in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do.

The fire department believes the fire was caused by friction in the air conditioner motor in the building.
