<Anchor> As

social distancing was reinforced in the second phase, the operation of high-risk facilities such as clubs and karaoke bars in the metropolitan area was completely stopped from 0 o'clock on the 19th. There is a reporter out on the streets of Hongdae, Seoul.

Reporter Jeong Ban-seok, it's a street where a lot of people usually go, how is it now?

<Reporter> The

streets in Hongdae where I am out are relatively busy.

As the business of high-risk facilities such as clubs and karaoke bars was banned, the crowded streets of Hongdae which were usually crowded were noticeably reduced.

The local ward office just put an order prohibiting gatherings at around 30 clubs around the area, and there are also places that are cleverly conducting anomalous business.

So-called hunting taverns were classified as high-risk facilities, but in fact, most of them were registered as general restaurants, so there were some places that continued to operate by removing only the stage where you could dance and preventing joins.

And large academies and PC rooms are also closed, right?

<Reporter>

Yes, I looked around the Noryangjin academy district during the day. As large academies were closed, the troubles of merchants and examinees were not the only ones.

[Kim Young-soon/Cupbap Street Merchant: (Usually) About 20 people came in the morning, but today I only sold two bowls. People are cut off and not at all.] During

lunchtime, many of the shops were shut down in the crowded Noryangjin Cupbap Street, and many of the shops were closed at all. .

[Oh Jeong-gyo/Testee: Because the academy was closed and I had to study elsewhere, I had to move books from the lockers... .] In the

case of the PC room, there was some confusion, such as being notified to close business from 0 a.m. today and postponing it again to 6 p.m. today.

[PC room owner: (the text message) comes around 10 in the evening, and Buryaburya has to be closed from 12:00. Suddenly, it was improvised to be open until 6 o'clock today... .] The

business owners complained that they were burdened with the reopened business suspension.

[Karaoke staff: (hit) big. Rent is also rent... . Still, I wanted to become (business) a little... .] It

must be followed for quarantine, but consideration and support for them seems to be necessary.
