IIAC introduced qualification screening and open competitive hiring procedures in the process of hiring 241 employees, including the airport fire brigade and wild animal control personnel belonging to its subsidiaries, where 47 people were eliminated and were in danger of being fired.

They will lose their jobs starting next Monday.

Lee Sang-min, who worked at the airport fire brigade for nearly 20 years, became a full-time subsidiary two years ago, but fell from the transition process.

Although it is necessary to block the preferential disputes that may arise in the process of converting to regular workers through open competitive hiring, it is also necessary to discuss alternatives to prevent the side effects of mass-producing unemployed people in the process.
