Strongly developed rainy season clouds are passing through North Korea.

As this rain cloud gradually descends, the meteorological agency predicted that rain will start in the northern regions of Gyeonggi Province and the northern regions of Yeongseo, Gangwon in the morning, and that rain will gradually expand to other central regions between morning and daytime.

In particular, from evening to tomorrow, thunder, lightning and gusts are expected to cause a lot of rain locally.

By tomorrow, the expected precipitation is from 100 to 300 mm in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon Yeongseo, and northern Chungcheong, and 20 to 80 mm in Yeongdong, Gangwon and southern Chungcheong, and northern Gyeongbuk.

The Meteorological Administration urged North Korea to take special care so that there is no damage, saying it is expected that the water levels of the Imjin and Hantan Rivers will rise sharply due to a very heavy rain until tomorrow.

The rain in the central region will start to stop gradually from the late tomorrow afternoon, and the meteorological agency predicts that it will all stop the day after tomorrow.

In particular, after the rain stops the day after tomorrow, the Meteorological Administration predicted that the longest rainy season in history will end this summer.
