Due to the rain clouds that came along with the typhoon, the rain fell back and forth in the central region today (10th). Especially in Seoul, roads blocking traffic are increasing again, so you should check in advance tonight and tomorrow morning. Connect to reporter who is out of Jamsu Bridge.

Reporter Kim Deok-hyun, the sky has been dark again in Seoul from the afternoon, so please tell us the weather and road control conditions together.

<Reporter>

Yes, it has been raining around 2pm in the Jamsu Bridge area, but now it has been quiet.

The heavy rain continued for a while, but the water level of Jamsu Bridge is 7.1m, which is about 1m lower than this morning.

As the amount of inflow to the Han River water system dam decreased, the amount of discharge per second to the Paldang Dam decreased by about 5,000 tons from the same time yesterday, and the water level was slightly lowered.

The Jamsu Bridge and Gaehwayukgak Gate at the southern end of the Banghwa Bridge are still under full control, and as the Jungnangcheon water level rises, all sections of the Dongbu Expressway from the Seongsu Junction to the Surak Underpass from 7pm were controlled.

As the road control section changes from time to time, it is advisable to check the road conditions in advance on a site such as the Seoul Expressway traffic information displayed on the screen before going out.

<Reporter>

Yes, a heavy rain warning was issued throughout Seoul and Gyeonggi area this afternoon due to the restarting rain in the central region.

In particular, in the evening hours, Uijeongbu and Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, had rains of about 50mm per hour, which caused flooding of Uijeongbu and Yangju roads.

The water level of Pilseung Bridge, the northernmost tip of the Imjin River, has risen sharply from dawn to over 9m, and a flood warning has been issued near Biryong Bridge on the Imjin River in Paju.
