<Anchor> The

way to work now is as difficult as the way to work. Cars are blocked due to continued control of Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Olympic-daero, and eastern arterial roads. Even on the morning of tomorrow (7th), it is recommended to check the traffic information before leaving home and use public transportation if possible. Let's connect to our reporters on a diving bridge.

Reporter Sang-Min Kim, the level of the diving bridge still looks high even though it has rained a bit in Seoul.

<Reporter>

Yes, the level of the diving bridge, which has been under control for the fifth day, has now risen to 11.1m.

It is more than twice the pedestrian traffic limit of 5.5m, but it soared to 11.5m at one time, and then the upward trend broke down and gradually decreased.

At 11 am, a flood advisory was issued on the Han River Bridge, about 3.5 km from here.

It has been nine years since July 2011 that flood notices have been issued on the main stream of the Han River.

The current level of the Hangang Bridge has also dropped to about 8.3m below 8.5m of the flood advisory line.

Now, the dams upstream of the Han River open the water gates and send the water down, so the water level is not going down, but will we go down a little in the future?

<Reporter> When

I asked the Han River Flood Control Center directly, it said that the level could drop slightly even if it wasn't changed significantly until tomorrow morning.

Several dams along the Bukhan River, including the Soyang River Dam, and the Chungju Dam in the Namhan River continue to be discharged.

According to the analysis, the Paldang Dam, where the Namhan River and the North Korean River merge, is still discharging more than 15,000 tons of water per second, so it will not quickly regain its previous level.

Although all heavy rains issued nationwide today have been lifted, the Han River water level still needs to be watched with more tension as there is a forecast that it will rain again on the North and South Han River areas tomorrow.
