Not only in Chungcheong, but also in the southern part of Gyeonggi-do, Jeonbuk, and some parts of Gyeongbuk are raining heavily. Up to 150mm to 200mm of water bombs are expected to pour into the area by tomorrow morning (31st).

region with heavy rain in the metropolitan area is the southern region of Gyeonggi.

Currently, heavy rain warnings are pouring in Yeoju, Icheon, Yongin, and Anseong, with rains ranging from 20 to 50mm per hour.

A heavy rain warning was issued in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do, as the rain became thicker from dawn.

In addition, heavy rain warnings are provided in the southern part of Gyeonggi Province, southern Yeongseo, northern Jeonbuk and western Gyeongbuk.

During the night, there was a heavy rain over 150mm, and Yongin 95.5, Songtan 95, and Icheon recorded 59mm of precipitation.

In the future, there will be heavy rains of 50~150mm in Jeonbuk, northern Jeonnam, and northern Gyeongbuk, and up to 200mm in northern Jeonbuk.

Other rains are expected to be 30~80mm in southern Gyeonggi and southern Gangwon, southern Jeonnam and Yeongnam, and 5-40mm in Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, and northern Gangwon.

The rain will gradually stop in Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, and northern Gangwon during the day, and it is expected to stop mostly in the late afternoon.

The weather forecast predicted that the rainy season would be virtually over this summer, especially in the southern regions after the rain today.

The Korea Meteorological Administration, however, predicted that the central region, including Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, will continue to rain until next Monday in early August.
