Russia and the United States discussed security in space

“A meeting was held between representatives of the Ministries of Defense, Energy, and the National Security Council (USA) with representatives of the Russian Federation in the framework of an exchange of views on space security issues,” the text says.

It is noted that the discussion lasted 13 hours, a wide range of issues were discussed.

Earlier, US Assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation Christopher Ford said that the American side was proposing to Russia to create a communication line to prevent conflicts in space.
