So, for example, the waist circumference for men should not exceed 102 cm, and for women - 88 cm. According to Myasnikov, the waist circumference above the norm is a risk factor for heart attack, stroke, cancer and diabetes.

Earlier, Myasnikov denied the information that appeared about the rules for wearing disposable medical masks in case of illness and for prevention.
