Mohamed al Gammal , who his family allegedly buried four months ago, has appeared this week wandering around the cemetery in the Egyptian town of Sharqia .

Mohammed Al Gammal , 46, suffers from a mental illness that has led him to disappear on several occasions. He always came home, but last time it didn't.

Last January he escaped and after several weeks without a clue as to his whereabouts, the family received news. He was a relative who works at the hospital.
